My mom got off of wheat a few months ago. She only did it to be supportive of her sister who found out she was allergic. My mom never intended to stick with it. Except that within a few days she was a whole new person. I kid you not. It's crazy. My sister and I were starting to think she might have early stages of Alzheimer's or dementia. Nope. Apparently, she was just allergic to wheat. Crazy what an allergy can do to a person!
I'm glad you're enjoying your new GF lifestyle. The food you're cooking up sounds insanely awesome. I want to eat at your house! Also, your new digs look fabulous.

Wow, that's a lot of change! Where did you move to? An acre? Awesome!
I started gluten free back in May and felt sooo much better and the muffin top did go away. However, the holidays.....So bad. I'm having to start all over. Boo. It's so hard to get going but once you do it's great! Note to self...STOP cheating!
